"MISSION 481"

This is the first of a sequence of 3rd job class specific quests that I gather from people whom are going through the 3rd job process. In this entry, I'll be doing Treasure Hunter specific quests in order to advance to Ruin Walker.

At level 139, all whom have done their first class advancement at level 80 will be able to start their second class advancement to 3rd job. You be begin with the General quests, which is detailed here, you just need to find it. The tips are still useful so before you start this, it would be wise to prepare a little.

It's helpful to be in a party. Some of the quests require you to go into an instance typed room and it's just more fun to bash away at monsters with friends. Be mindful, however, after a certain point, quests will differ for different classes.

Xenadia is a very large area and will induce large amount of lag and/or frustration. A Warp Crystal would be beneficial if you don't already have one. The irises of Xenadia don't require any load time in between them (except if you were to warp to the Aqua Garden iris) so you can jump to one part of Xenadia in seconds without running all over the place like an idiot.

A lot of patience is a must! Some classes' quests require you to do tedious, sometimes impossible things. Just keep at it and before long, you'll achieve your goals.

Ask questions, the ones who struggled before you are your friends. Well, not really, but if you're stuck on a certain part, whether or not it's a general or class specific quest, ask one of your peers. Hopefully they're nice enough to answer.

Upon completing the General Quests, you'll be on the track to being a successful slave to Col- I mean a Ruin Walker.

Let's begin! (Treasure Hunter Specific Quests)

Your adventure begins with Platina and Platina's Message - A road to Ruin Walker. She asks you to go to the Room of Silence located in the lower area of the Ruin Area and talk to God's Governor Simmurg. Be familiar with Simmurg because you will receive the bulk of your quests from this NPC.

From here, Simmurg will assign you one quest at a time.

The first quest is No one's returning and has you go to the 4 gravestones in the lower Ruin Area and the Center Area. They are located here.

The next quest, A Bird brewed with light, is to kill Wandering Sisters located in the lower Ruin Area and Center Area and collect one Bright Bird.

The next quest, Piraha, the Knight's waited, has you kill Corrupted Knights located in the lower Ruin Area and Center Area and collect one Seres Statue. After this quest, there's a change in pace.

In the Relic of God's Governor, Simmurg has you kill Sister of Pluton Wind and Earth located in the Temple Area to collect one Ring of Gale. In order to complete this quest, you must turn it into an NPC named Sister Ellen in the Room of Penitence, located in the upper area of the Center Area.

Don't fret, you'll be seeing more of Simmurg, at least eventually.

The first quest that Sister Ellen has you do, Sister Ellen, is to collect 5 Purification Grasses, 5 Hiassins, and 5 Grass of ring around the moon. You can collect these plants by using the Collection skill that you learned back in the General Quests upon accepting the quest. These plants are located in specific areas of Xenadia and will only spawn in those areas, however this is from my observation.

When you are done, return to Sister Ellen.

The next quest, A lost library of Sister Ellen, has you kill Sisters of Pluton Water located in the Temple Area and Center Area to recover the 4 Chapters of the Book of Cure. When you collected them, you must turn it into Sister Pris at the Aqua Garden Room of Heaven Iris.

This next quest, Something left on Water, might be tough for some Treasure Hunters soloing. You must kill 1 Escaped Hyunmu. Form a party and get a slave- I mean a good friend to help you! When you killed one, return to Sister Ellen.

Restrainer of darkness, Sigurd the gorgeous god's governor has you return to our good old friend God's Governor Simmurg at the Room of Silence. From here, he will give you the rest of your quests.

A free conversation with Pluton's dragon! has you go to the Treasure Room to find a Magnifier of Sage from a Sparkling Box.

This special box is located at the top of the stairs so don't try to find the quest item from the normal Mimics. Once you found a Magnifier of Sage, return to God's Governor Simmurg.

Insert missing quest image. Sorry guys!

The quest Weapon of Treasure Hunter has you go to the Temple Area to speak with Berkhart.

I'm sure you remember her from the general quests. Those Pants...

Flower Bloom in the scrap valley has you collect 100 Pieces of Scrap iron. These items are dropped from Angry Diode, Angry Cordless, and Angry MK5, which are located at Scrap Valley Entrance 5.

When you are done, return to God's Governor Simmurg.

Empty Grave of Sisters has you return to one of the grave stones you visited before, specifically this one.

At this grave, equip the Magnifier of Sage item and use the Dragon Language Translation skill to complete the quest.

This skill is located in your Item Skills under Support Skills after equiping the Magnifier of Sage. Return to God's Governor Simmurg for your next quest.

A fallen Knight of frame has you kill Sibelius the fire knight, a boss that only appears after killing a Fairie of Fire (elite) in the Holy Place of Fire. A portal will appear and you will be able to kill him. Return back to Simmurg and you'll find yourself almost to the end!

Believe it or not, this is the second to last quest before you get the quest to advance. A broken, spreaded, and squeezed that cried like rain has you go to the Room of Pollution located deep within the upper Ruin Area.

I advise you to get a higher leveled friend to IR you to this room because the upper Ruin Area is filled with level 180-190 monsters. Anyways, you are to destroy the eggs in this room in order to free 20 God's Governors, 20 Sisters and 20 Monsters in Cocoon. Return to Simmurg one more time and prepare to be dazzled.

Whisper of Goddess is an "optional quest," however you get 10 million ely from it so I wouldn't believe you would not want to do this. Head to the top of Xendia in the upper Ruin Area. This portal can be easily reached by the iris stone in the upper Ruin Area, but to be safe, you should always have a friend there to IR you. From there, you talk to the pretty light blue tree and-

You're a Ruin Walker.

So yeah, enjoy your life as a Ruin Walker. Always always always ask the help of your friends if you reach complications because the guidance of those you trust is always the best one there is.
Happy Lataling!
