Jitterbug

Finally!

I've been working my butt off getting information (granted, I was only getting the information between my many hours of homework, studying and class time), but I'm finally have my information collected to report to you guys! Since the Sky Kingdom update was so large (I mean I have so many screenshots...), I'm breaking it up into two posts: the events along with minor content and major content. This one just happens to be the event and minor content post. Let's get some things going!

So, in terms of events, we have 2: free and astro. I'll go over the free event first. If you're killing mobs, you'll find 3 certain items careen your inventory (by the way, you cannot totem farm these).

These Torn Map Pieces can be redeemed for a Torn Perios Map, a lolbox, from Jade in Elias. But this one is different. I actually like this one because it is untradeable and it gives useful things. Of the rewards, there is of course Small XP Potions, Advance Experience Potions, Enhanced Experience Potions and Peach Cans, but often, you'll find yourself getting x15 Medium Cherry Potions, which I find very useful. There is also the addition of Enhanced Item Nostrums, Special Attack Remedies and Item Nostrums, which makes these worthwhile to players that cannot benefit from the amount of "useless" noob items. Apparently, from digging in the files, there is also a slim chance that's under 1% that you'll receive an Expert Eye Surgery Coupon, a Panda Pet Coupon, a Penguin Pet Coupon or a Pet Experience 100% Potion, but again the chances are very slim. I'm quite excited to use these on CrispyPata since I do not have time to give her tender loving care.

If you haven't already noticed, there is an astro item event, the Golden Acorns. As they fill your inventory, you will find the need to buy Acorn Crackers from the Fashion Shop. I do not have screenshots of both because I have not opened them, however John has opened them and I can tell from his experience he was a bit satisfied. For a while. From what I heard, there is quite a few good rewards. Most of the time, you'll be seeing a lot of Purchase God Guidebook x10Purchase King Guidebook x10Lv 1-5 Super Puzzle Coupon x4Lv 6-10 Super Puzzle Coupon x4Enhanced Item NostrumsIR Transporter x2Channel Megaphone x2Enhanced XP Potions and Enchant Remedy x2; you know essentials that are useful. Uncommonly, you'll recieve a Epic Armor Coupon, a Blacksmith's Coupon, an Advanced Enchant Remedy, a Server Megaphone, a Prime XP Potion, and a Fancy Box. There are a few special things you can see from these rewards, however.

This little guy is a Gold Pig. Although glitched to the point where you cannot level the poor little guy without the aid of a spirit bead, he is adorable. I'm waiting for Johnette to die so I can start leveling this guy up and snuggle with him. Also, there is a problem with the Critical Ring (30 days) reward. As apposed to the usual 30 day time period, it is actually permanent at the moment. We do not know if this is a glitch or not, but people are happy with it. Occasionally, there will be some rare things like Holy Water Boxes, Bundles of Love, White Tiger Coupons, Coliseum's Desire Coupons... Wait what? Yes, they are now available, but with a catch. You can only redeem +10 Coliseum weapons, not the previous +20, but that's good too. It makes the item obtainable to the players and a +20 Coliseum weapon is more realistic. Why someone would want one is beyond me...

Now what else was there added... There's this thing called Reputation. It's directly related to the Jewel System. If you check your item inventory, you'll find something called a Jewel Box.

The Jewel Box is where you store your Jewels, a new system of equips that allow the player to additional stats. I have yet to get a jewel from the Sky Kingdom mobs, however. From what I heard, it drops often from TAID bosses and I have yet done TAID. About TAID... I do not feel comfortable talking about something that I have not done yet. I feel that it is too hardcore for me. I'm a very casual player, only getting hardcore if it's quests (hence why I like Subclasses just not Maestro), and I get pissed off about things very quickly and harshly. I try to avoid situations like that so I don't stress myself out, so I won't talk about TAID for a while. I mean, I can show you where it is:

It is located at Infinite Corridor in Guild Union, but that's as far as I will go. As I was saying, it seems that Reputation is an important part of the Jewel System. You can access it by visiting Guild Union, walking past certain NPCs (Einst of Watcher of the Storm and Jade of Infinite Corridor) and triggering them to talk to you. From there, you can kill Sky Kingdom mobs and do Sky Kingdom quests to get reputation points to level up your reputation level. You can view your reputation by going to the Menu on the bottom right corner of your screen, next to Fashion Shop and LaDeck and choosing Reputation.

That's the basic gist of Reputation at the moment. As you level up, you can gain more features in your ability to enchant, buy and collect jewels for your Jewel Box. But I'm getting ahead of myself. If you roam Guild Union, you'll find this girl who will give you Daily Quests. I have not done this yet, however, but it's there.

Well, how are you? Me? I'm fine. Apparently, to my knowledge, level 13 does not seem to exist in this patch for guilds yet.

Level 13 is about 53.2m GP, if I recall. We're almost there Inflation members! Just a little push... Speaking of Guild Points, bosses do not seem to drop GP Items anymore. Well, they do. Just with a reduced drop rate. This pisses me off to a certain degree. OGPlanet has the power to remove the guild penalty from our version and they have made the drop rate reduced for GP Items. How are we supposed to level our guilds? Crop hopping is barely holding on due to the negative effects of the guild penalty and even if you host a crop, there's 1/3 chance that you'll get Guild Spa, the one that gives the most potential rewards to the user. Now, Vintor, Sphinx and even Toad, they do not readily drop the GP Items we need to compensate for the negative effects of guild penalty. OGPlanet, make up your mind. Do you want guilds to become a dead feature too? Guilds need to level in order to grow, in stats and space. If you take that right away from us, then you're slowly making guilds a dead feature. I do not want that. So, I ask you, what do you want? Crop hop or GP Items; because it's either one or the other.

Well, that's all I have for now. Tune in to my next entry, which is three times longer than this one. Until then. I'm Lutty.
